Beat monsters、 human and boss battles and survive long enough to progress to the next day. The more days you survive、 the more varied and stronger the enemies will become、 and the story of how the humans came to live in harmony with the forest unveils.

Fairy Bloom is a simple score attack / endless doujin game developed by Edelweiss、 the team currently working on the more ambitious follow-up to this game、 ”Fairy Bloom Freesia” and who also developed Ether Vapor. It’s currently freeware up to version 3.03 and is a decent little diversion for an hour or two. Your objective is simple; just use a blade-wielding fairy to stop on-coming enemies from damaging the flower so that it can bloom to maturity as the days go by. You can attack enemies using a variety of slashing techniques or use a fiery explosion spell when things get hectic. Smack enemies around to create combos and chains and get great bonuses for preventing enemies from touching the root of the plant all day.
While version 3.03 is (currently) the newest、 I didn’t like it as much as version 3.02 (this version). The only difference is that they changed the graphics、 but I don’t like the changes as much and you fight color-swaps of yourself in the latest version for whatever reason、 so I recorded this version instead. Just in case、 I’ll provide a link to both. Enjoy.
